17th Annual Celebration of Seagrove Potters Show and Studio Tour

Join us for the Celebration of Seagrove Potters Show and Studio Tour! The Show and Gala will be held in a newly renovated space at the Luck Comer Lail Center (Historic Luck’s Cannery), located at 798 NC Hwy 705 E in Seagrove.

We are excited to bring back the Friday Night Gala this year! Gala ticket holders have the opportunity to shop early with exclusive entry to the Preview Pottery Show. Enjoy a catered reception, followed by a live auction featuring special collaboration pieces made by Seagrove potters working together.

Come early for the ribbon cutting on the new renovation. Gala tickets also include admission to the Show on Saturday and Sunday. Purchase Gala tickets by clicking here or selecting the button above.

If you can’t make it to the Gala auction, but would still like to bid on Collaboration pieces in the live auction, you can place your proxy bids by clicking here. 

Tickets for Saturday and Sunday admission are $8 and available at the door. The Celebration of Seagrove Potters Show features 28 Seagrove pottery shop booths, silent auction, demos, food trucks and more.

The self-guided Studio Tour features 29 Seagrove pottery shops and is free to attend. Maps of participating shops can be picked up at the Luck Comer Lail Center. You do not have to purchase admission to the Show to pick up a map.

We are happy to announce that this year, 25% of the proceeds from our live and silent auctions will go to CERF+ (Craft Emergency Relief Fund) and will be designated to directly benefit their Western North Carolina relief efforts. This cause is important to us, and we are grateful to have the opportunity to share some of our resources with our fellow craftspeople in the North Carolina mountains.

We need volunteers!

Volunteers receive one free admission to our event for the weekend. To thank our generous volunteers further we have put together a reward package system. If a person works 3 hours or more they receive a swag bag with coupons and light swag provided by Randolph Country Tourism. Anyone who works 6 hours or more will receive a swag bag and a Seagrove Area Potters Associate logo Tote bag. Volunteers who work 12 hours or more will receive the swag bag, Tote and a Seagrove Area Potters Association T-shirt. Thank you so much for all your help and support!
