Since July 1978 in Littleton, NC, to the present day in Seagrove, I have operated a studio where most of my pots are sold. Interacting with my clientele face-to-face has been an essential part of my process. In addition, I keep in touch with my customers via e-mail newsletters, handmadeinseagrove.com, Instagram, and other virtual means. That cliche about a pot’s user completing the cycle is true. I would not have been able to do this for such a long time if people had not appreciated and used my work in their daily lives.
