Wheel thrown gourd style vase by Ben Owen III. Â Glazed with a cobalt oxide and fired in a must-chambered wood kiln for 70 hours. Â The micro-crystal effect is from the ash effects accumulated during the firing alone with controlled cooling. Â Influences from nature and organic forms are an inspiration for this design. Â Made in 2021.
